This document is the template for the Official Fixtures that the Secretary distributes weekly but is not considered as Official notification of Fixtures if downloaded as only fixtures sent from the County Secretary can be considered Official. This should be people’s first port of call for information regarding Longford GAA events. We also have an Events Calendar on our website at This calendar contains everything a Longford GAA person might need to know from our full fixtures program to Club workshops to County Board meetings to National fixtures to other large sporting events so as everyone can see what’s happening in the weeks and months ahead. Any changes made will be updated on the calendar in real time and will constantly evolve as different scenarios arise. Development Squads All information on our squads will be updated on our website at and clicking the relevant squad. Kellogg’s GAA Cúl Camps Our Kellogg’s GAA Cúl Camps are now complete as last week seen our invitational Super Camps bring down the curtain on our program for 2016. We held 4 Super Camps that were attended by 277 boys and girls with Monday & Tuesday proving excellent days weather wise but unfortunately the Wednesday was disrupted but we had a plan B that the kids really enjoyed. Our camps have been another excellent success this year as just over 1550 kids attended some of our 11 camps main camps, which is an increase of 25% from 2015. Our numbers have been increasing yearly which is really encouraging but we take more pride in the standards we set and the service we provide to all those 1400 kids who entrust us to provide them with a fun filled week of activities and enjoyment. Throughout the summer a lot of parents were asking to purchase the kit but due to big demand for our camp places we couldn’t facilitate anyone as the time but we do have a very small supply of kit (Jersey & Jumper) left over so if you are interested please contact Damien on the number below to check sizes.
